AMORA ApartHotel is a residential building located at Gasabo District, Remera Sector in Nyarutarama cell. It is a five (5) storey building which is strategically located adjacent to Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and Kigali Convention Center. It is a four to five-minute drive or fifteen minutes jog respectively. On a normal traffic day, it is ten (10) minute drive to/from Kigali International Airport and fifteen (15) minute drive to/from Kigali City Centre. When using hired taxi cab, you will pay six thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 6,000) to/from Kigali City Centre while it might cost you five thousand Rwandan francs (RWF 5,000) to/from Kigali International Airport.

AMORA ApartHotel has state of art interior design with specious pathway for easy internal access. Interiorly, the apartments have excellent access through stairs or elevator. These apartments have well designed U-kitchen, hot water connected bathrooms, generous sized dining rooms and sight viewing private terraced balcony form with serene Nyarutarama valley landscape elevated point of view.

AMORA ApartHotel has ample private parking space and 24/7 security on-site guards and CCTV surveillance cameras installed. The interior of the building is tiled wall to wall. In addition, all rooms are installed with TV and excellent 4G wireless network.

AMORA ApartHotel is divided into 34 full equipped apartments of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms each which makes a total of 46 self-contained bedrooms with TV set. Each apartment has sitting room and kitchen cabinet. The apartment has a bar, a restaurant, a meeting room which can accommodate up to 40 persons, it also has an external kitchen and laundry.
